Smokin' Mandolins features a line of mandolins and mandolas made from cigar boxes, using quality materials and mandolin construction techniques learned from building carved topped mandolins. As there are other luthiers making cigar box guitars, I plan to focus on making just cigar box mandolins. I'll be experimenting with different designs and boxes to see what the optimal configuration is.
